Thank you to everyone who gave me such loving support and encouragement in my last journal entry. :hug:

I really just wanted to get that journal off my front page, so I'm writing this one. I went to visit my brother and his family in New Mexico for about 6 weeks, and took lots of pictures with my toy cameras while I was there. I've uploaded some of the Polaroids already, the others are still waiting to be developed. I'm looking forward to seeing how the rolls from the Holga turn out.

have you ever eaten dirt or had lots of dirt go in your mouth?
that is a sad day.

on the other hand, i had some gum from the mexican restaurant that is supposed to taste like violets, but it tastes like hand soap.

When I was a kid all my friends had celery sticks with peanut butter in their lunches, and they loved it. I didn't want to miss out, so I asked my mom to buy celery and make some for my lunch. I tried really hard to like it, but I ended up just licking off the peanut butter and throwing the celery away. It just tastes really bitter to me, and I hate the stringy fibers that run down the length of the stalk.

Eww... soap gum? That's nasty.
