For this piece I just colored on top of the pencil lineart. But I usually "ink" things in Photoshop.

I only have Painter Essentials, it came with my tablet. It doesn't have all the features of the full version but it's still pretty cool. And my Manga Studio is the Debut version which only costs $40. :)
