I Heart Pretty Rocks Stamp by fishtankbabe I Heart Pretty Rocks Stamp by fishtankbabe
I love rocks, geodes, gems, minerals, fossils etc. So I made a stamp. :)

I used $zilla774's template. [link]

I like walking in the forest and finding geodes >3 I've only found a few in my days... they are really tough to find. Especially when all you can see is the outside then you go home to split it in two. Usually it's not a complete geode yet, or not one at all.

That's cool that you can find them where you live!

same, i can't remember where it is, but i think it's in Virginia or some where down south and over where you can dig for gem stones for like 50 (don't remember the actually price, but it's not that expensive) for an adult and whatever you dig up you can keep (sapphires and rubes mainly) but it cost so much more if you want them to make it into an actually valuable piece of jewelry, or even a stone. because you know in it's purest form, it's basically worthless.

Just saw a show on TV last night where you can dig for emeralds in NC. And I also found out about a place near San Diego where you can dig for tourmalines; I'm totally gonna do that. It's only about an hour drive from my house. :)

Awesome! There are some neat digs for trilobites 2 or so hours away from mine. ^^

As do I :3

I once had a rock that was broken very smoothly, but what was very odd about it was that it was shaped like a drop of water, the inside was. Blues, whites, purples... It was like the moon's tear from Majora's Mask, I tell you! ...but it's lost. -.- My most prized stone, and it's now gone. *sobs*
